About these terms

These terms cover the use of this website. The terms of any plumbing work are those set out in the written quote you accept, which take precedence over anything on this page.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown or discussed on this site are indicative. A binding price is the written quote issued after the fault has been assessed. There is no call-out fee: the visit and the assessment are free, and you are quoted before any work starts. Declining the quote costs you nothing. The work itself, once accepted, is charged at the quoted price.

Response times

Prime Flow operates a 24-hour emergency line and prioritises urgent work. Attendance times depend on distance, traffic, access and current workload, and are given as an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice. The guarantee covers the work carried out. It does not cover unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions elsewhere in the system, or damage caused after completion.

Compliance certificates

Where a Certificate of Compliance is required — geyser installations, for example — it is issued on completion of the work.
