What we collect

When you complete a quote form on this website we collect the name, phone number and job details you enter. We collect nothing else through the form. We do not ask for identity numbers, addresses or payment details on this site.

How the form works

Submitting the quote form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled into a message addressed to Prime Flow. The message is only sent if you send it. Once sent, it is held in WhatsApp in the same way as any other message you send us.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, quote the work, carry out the job and keep a record of it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Third parties on this site

This site embeds a Google Map showing our service area. Google may set cookies and collect data when that map loads, under Google's own privacy terms. Links to our Google Business Profile and to WhatsApp take you to services operated by those companies under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as needed to service the work and meet normal business and tax record-keeping requirements, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@primeflowplumbers.co.za and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
